MISSION
 

    The Oklahoma Water Quality Monitoring Council ("Council") is an organization to foster cooperation among groups involved in all types of water quality monitoring and associated mapping activities. The Council is concerned with physical, chemical, and biological monitoring, as well as the evaluation of those land use factors that affect changes in aquatic habitat quality and quantity.
