Purpose: Charged with improving the public's access to, and knowledge of, the state's collection of water quality data and information.

• improve dissemination of water quality data/information
• improve communication with those interested in monitoring data/information
• identify funding needs and all potential sources of funding for education & outreach activities
• create a publication series involving information from all monitoring entities
• create a "Speaker's Bureau" to disseminate monitoring information
