ADVISORY COMMITTEE
 

    Because the recommendations of the Council are used to establish and guide state policy on water quality monitoring issues, an advisory committee governs the activities of the Council and gives final approval to all recommendations arising from the Council. The Council Advisory Committee is chaired by the Secretary of Environment, or designee, and includes one voting member from each of the following state environmental agencies:

 
  • Conservation Commission

  • Corporation Commission

  • Department of Agriculture

  • Department of Environmental Quality

  • Department of Wildlife Conservation

  • Water Resources Board
